I grew up in Northern Virginia and I’ve worked in hospitals, physicians offices, prior authorization departments for a hospital as well as a paramedic and a 9-1-1 dispatcher.

One of the things I want to help our patients with is any issues they may have with their insurance issue. Some of my responsibilities include scheduling, getting insurance benefits and prior authorizations when needed, and all office duties.
I enjoy working at Crossroads because of all of my great co-workers doing all we can to provide the best care for patients.
