Kara graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology, a minor in Sport and Exercise Psychology, and a specialization in Aquatic Therapy. She then continued her education at WVU and earned a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
As an athlete herself, Kara learned the importance of proper physical therapy at a young age as she battled knee injuries throughout high school sports. Thankful for the time she spent in PT, Kara was able to enjoy an injury-free collegiate cheerleading career during her years at West Virginia University. She believes this helps her relate to her patients and understand their eagerness to achieve their personal goals.
