I was born and raised in the beautiful western part of Pennsylvania and have over 10 years worth of experience in healthcare management.
I help patients with insurance verification, prior authorization, copay collection, and appointment scheduling. I strive to determine accurate patient insurance benefits ahead of time in order to make your therapy experience as smooth as possible.
I enjoy working at Crossroads Physical Therapy because I enjoy interacting with the patients and seeing them improve throughout their treatment.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and my dog.
