    I have gone to Crossroads for an ankle sprain/avulsion fracture, torn rotator cuff, and rehab after SLAP repair surgery. Kevin and team were fantastic in getting me back to my normal quality of life and preparing me handle the physical stresses of my job. They have a variety of well maintained equipment in their gym and will also give tips and exercises to do at home in order to expedite your recovery. They are now rehabbing my torn ankle ligaments and doing concussion therapy. They customize your therapy where a lot of places are cookie cutter.

    I was recommended to CROSSROADS by a friend. His kid plays with my kid in high school soccer. My boy suffered a bad “groin pull.” We were desperate as it is my kid’s senior year and his time to flourish. We met Kevin Perry, the owner, and things went fast with the latest in sports-medicine therapy. Kevin explained what he would do and did exactly what he said the five sessions including scraping, needling, stimulation, which I knew nothing about, and laser therapy. Kevin is a professional and time came to test the groin at 2 a days soccer camp! Results, 100 percent cured! My son came home smiling as his confidence built through the week! I contacted Kevin to say our gratitude for his efforts! His team are all professionals including the wonderful receptionist as the desk!     This is my 3rd PT place since my spinal surgery. They have helped more than the other ones. Maddi and Kevin help tremendously they dont just do exercises like some do they actually try and help you get better. I have been going for almost a year now and even though my pain is worse they are helping with the pain and trying to get it to lessen. Im not as achy and sore as before. Im glad I started coming here Im on a lot of exercises but we also do manual stuff as well which helps so much I always feel 10 times better after going.

    When I first started coming to crossroads I was having numbness in my left hand and tingling going down my arm. I was diagnosed as having a bulging disc and bone spur in my neck. Physical therapist Maddie and the team worked with me at my pace to build up strength. After a couple months the numbness and tingling was gone. I have become stronger and more confident in that strength because of my own dedication to healing. Crossroads will push you to believe you can overcome injury and pain.     I was referred to CRPT for a knee issue which did improve thanks to them. Through working with them, they identified that it was not just a knee problem and x-rays revealed that I need a THR. They are working with me to prepare for surgery and improve my recovery once I do have the procedure. The front office staff is friendly, professional and seem genuinely interested in you getting better. The PT staff is fantastic. Maddie has helped me a great deal and her experience with patients needing THR has been reassuring. Colton's concern and interest in my case has been comforting.     I drive past Crossroad PT daily and noticed a steady flow of patients going in and out. I thought I would find out if they could help me. I went to my Pcp for a sore knee and muscle pulling and asked if I could get a referral to see them. I got an appointment within days and began with stretching, laser therapy and scraping on day 1. I continued seeing them twice a week for a couple months. Because of this I was able to enjoy a wonderful trip to Texas. I thought that Kevin , Danelle and all of his staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My knee and hamstring have been doing well since my visits.     Kevin and his staff have done wonders for me! I had completely ruptured my patellar tendon, which I was informed from the doctor that it is a 6-9month recovery. With the help of Kevin, I have progressed much faster than anticipated. By 16 weeks, it was suggested that I be at 125 degrees flexion in my knee. By 13 weeks, I was already at 130 degrees flexion. The professionalism is great and I look forward going in twice a week for recovery!

    I can't begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for Kevin & his team!! I've had back pain for years and knew some of the issues from an MRI done 7 years ago. This May the pain increased immensely. I couldn't sit, stand, walk or sleep without excruciating pain. The pain had started to radiate down my leg and caused "pins & needles!" I would be in tears at the end of every work night (I'm a bartender). After trying PT elsewhere, I was referred to Kevin. I was blown away immediately. He spent so much time with me. He is so knowledgeable and explained everything. After his first evaluation he diagnosed me with a herniated disc that was pressing on my sciatic nerve. He started traction, laser therapy, scraping, and his torturous dry needles!! (Not that bad...I just hate needles). He told me from the get go I was going to be a challenge but he was determined to help me!! During my treatment..Kevin referred me to a neurosurgeon who ordered a newer MRI..which did confirm Kevin's diagnosis. I have also been evaluated for a spinal injection. But thanks to Kevin, I don't need that injection any time soon. I no longer have the extreme pain. No more pins & needles. I just drove across the state pain free!! I highly recommend Kevin & his CrossRoads team!!

    I have been coming to CrossRoads for 3 or 4 months now. I have been to a lot of physical therapy facilities and this is by far the best place I have been. I also get my dry needling done here too. I have knee pain, hip pain, and lower back pain and tons of muscle knots up and down my legs and thighs. They have really helped with my pain and my knots are getting smaller and smaller. Their prices are great compared to a lot of other places as well. They really take good care of you!

    Since my wife doesn't have a Google account, I am posting this review for her. She has been very satisfied with the staff of Crossroads PT. The owner, Kevin, has been extremely beneficial in helping her recover from a herniated disc in her lower back. Honestly, she wasn't optimistic that PT would make a significant improvement in her condition since chiropractic therapy didn't produce significant improvement. I would highly recommend this group for anyone suffering from lower back and sciatica issues.

    I was sent to CrossRoads physical therapy through my workers comp insurance because of a work related injury. I've never been to physical therapy before but if I ever need PT again I wouldn't go anywhere else but here. The environment and attention you get there is above and beyond.     I was in a motor vehicle accident and decided to try physical therapy to assist with the pain and stiffness. After only one session, I had 80% more mobility and less pain. Kevin was able to quickly assess what I needed and ensured I was on board with the treatment plan. I never felt pressured to participate in any treatments nor go more frequently than needed as I have felt at other facilities.     Excellent, personal care. I was in a car accident 35 years ago and am confined to a wheelchair. Over using my arms have created pains/aches in upper body.     I came to CrossRoads Physical Therapy a few days ago for knee and low back pain. I have only been seen twice and already feel 60% better. Kevin did a thorough evaluation on me and found weakness some muscles and tightness in others which he said was contributing to my pain.     I have intermittent lower back pain to the point where I experience muscle spasms and sharp pain down my legs. Recently, I went to Kevin at Crossroad Physical Therapy, and he helped alleviate my discomfort/pain with Deep Tissue Laser Therapy. It expedited my healing process and decreased inflammation.     I first came to CrossRoads Physical Therapy in October 2017 because I ruptured my left biceps tendon while at work. I was immediately impressed from day one. The clinic was brand new, clean, and had a lot of testimonials to see and a huge open gym with state of the art equipment.     I've been having hip flexor issues for well over four years. I had an x-ray, arthrogram, and MRI to try to diagnose the issue before coming to Kevin.
